The asanas included are well thought out and not too challenging even for beginners. This is not your average spin class but how yoga should be. Programs are designed by Sadhguru after all. After the program, like in all things it is up to us to continue the practice. After 3 months of doing the practices everyday I can already see great progress in flexibility and subtle positive changes in my mood. I also feel more relaxed on a day to day basis.
